MyPawMarket - Returns & Refund Policy
1. Return Window We want you and your furry friends to be happy! You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. The Return Process (Important) To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@mypawmarket.com with your order number and photos of the product.

DO NOT send the item back to the address on the shipping label.

Our products are shipped from multiple fulfillment centers. We will provide you with a Specific Return Address or a Return Label via email once your request is approved.

Any item sent back to our North Miami Beach office or the original sender without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Conditions for Returns To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, items like pet beds, fountains, or grooming tools that have been used by an animal cannot be returned unless they are defective.
4. Damaged or Defective Items If a product arrives damaged or stops working (e.g., a water fountain motor failure), please send us a video or clear photos immediately. We will coordinate with our suppliers through AutoDS to send you a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, MyPawMarket will cover the return shipping costs.

If you are returning an item because of a "change of mind" (e.g., you no longer want it or chose the wrong size), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
6. Refunds Once the return is received and inspected by our fulfillment partner, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
